Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days if placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) pending availability and credit card verification. The holidays are defined by the calendar of the municipality of Yaiza, province of Las Palmas. For orders placed after 12:00pm CET you will have to add one more day.
All orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will being processing on the next business day.
TTL reserves the right to delay and/or cancel any order in case TTL cannot process orders due to any reasonable causes that are out of TTL’s direct control.
Furthermore, TTL reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or service in any moment.
All shipping and returns are handled by DHL on business days excluding holidays.
