RETURNS AND CHANGES
Merchandise purchased on shop.thethinline.es can be returned and exchanged, upon approval only and within 14 days (art.105.2 de LGDCU) from the receipt of the merchandise.
The return authorization must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The return could be done only after TTL customer service approval. Read TTL’s return procedure chapter to better understand how to request a return.
To be approved a return/exchange has to match TTL’s return terms and conditions (read below).
A return occurs when the items bought by a costumer, arrive to him with errors due to:
- the item is different from what bought;
- the item is correct but come with faults.
An exchange occurs when the client bought an item but:
TTL admites returns and the delivery back will be charged to TTL.
TTL admites exchanges only for size change (clothes and shoes). No accessories could be changed. In case of an exchange, the delivery back will be payed by TTL and the delivery cost for the changed clothes/shoes from TTL’s logistic center to client’s receiving address will be charged to client.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All returns must be approved by our customer service team;
• TTL reserves the right to refuse any returns sent back to our facility without authorization;
• The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers, extra buttons, hangers, etc.);
• Items must have all the labels (TTL’s label and producer’s labels) attached as it comes from TTL’s ecommerce.
• TTL reserves the right to refuse any returns sent without the material included at the moment of purchase or without the TTL’s authenticity tag attached;
• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
• In case of returned or exchanged merchandise TTL reserves the right to request photographic support before authorizing a return for full reimbursement;
• Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear;
• TTL reserves the right to refuse any returns if the protective hygienic strip has been removed;
• We kindly ask you to check all garments within 72 hours from the moment of receipt;
• TTL accept returns or exchanges only from the original shipping address specified in the original order.
• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact email@example.com. TTL reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
All refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been verified by our team.
The refunded amount will be available to clients depending on payment method used at the moment of purchase:
• Credit card: the refunded money will be available in approximately 5 to 10 business days
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Return of items discounted for 50% or more off their original price can only be processed for store credit or product exchange. No refund can be applied in this case.
RETURN PROCEDURE BY STEPS
STEP 1 - Be sure all items must be returned in their original condition (dust bag, extra buttons, hangers) without having been worn and with all tags still attached.
STEP 2 - Contact firstname.lastname@example.org appointing Order ID, item/s to return and motivation of the withdrawal.
STEP 3 - Then you will be contacted by our customer service with all the instructions to complete your withdrawal
