TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document contains the contract conditions applied to business transactions on our web www.shop.thethinline.es (from now on, the ‘Website’), ownership of THE THIN LINE, S.L.U., C/Paseo de la moda, num. 34, Puerto Calero, 35570 Yaiza, Las Palmas, Islas Canarias, Spain, NIF. B76162510.
Terms & Conditions are the basis of the relationship established between the Consumer User (from now on, the “Client”) and THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. to contract services and items offered on the Website. We politely request you read this document carefully, as it establishes both the rights and obligations concerning the Clients and THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. It is assumed that through access to the Website, visualization, usage or contract of it, the Client allows to be ruled by the Terms & Conditions.
The Contract could be regularized in any of the languages of your choice available on the Website for the Terms & Conditions.
The items offered on the Website are available for delivery to every nations enounced in the Shipping Info page.
In addition, we offer the possibility to collect orders in any of our points of sale.
3.-STOCK AVAILABILITY AND REFUSAL TO PROCESS THE ORDER
The orders made by the Client depend on their availability, either by virtue of the stock available in THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. or by stock decommission. In this respect, it is properly indicated for each item whenever it gets out of stock and it will be updated as soon as technically and logistically possible,
THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. reserves the right to remove any article the Company may consider and to cancel or reject the order procedure if certain conditions concerning illicit acts in the Legal Notice are met, despite confirmation of order and at the sole discretion of THE THIN LINE, S.L.U.
Under no circumstances THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. will be held responsible towards the Client or third parties for the cancellation or refusal to process an order.
The Client must select the wished items and add them to ‘Shopping Bag’, by clicking the button ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ present on every product page.
4.1 Shopping bag
Once added to shopping bag, the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ page will be shown.
In this page the Client will find infos about the selected product:
- Image of the product
- Brand, Product name and product code
- Unit Price
- Unit Price with discount if existing
- Total Product/s Cost
- Shipping to and Cost
- Button ‘Change delivery’ to change the delivery nation
- Promo Code field. To fill if in possess of a Promo Code.
- Total Cost
At the very begin of the product row there is the ’X’ button to unload the item from the shopping bag.
Below the last product row, there is the link ‘Empty shopping bag’ to empy the shopping bag.
4.2 Log In/Checkout as guest
4.3 Pay Choice
Once logged in or fullfilled the basics fields for a guest purchase, the ‘Pay choice’ page will be load. In this page the Client could choose:
- Delivery address
- Billing request, the client has to fullfill ‘My details’ form into the profile section
- Payment method
At the very top-left of the page, the Client reques an invoice, flagging “I would like to receive an invoice for this order”. The Website will allow the Client to update or modify in case any other data must be provided for billing purposes.
To continue, the Client must accept the Terms of Payment, described in Section 8 of this document.
Once the Terms & Conditions are accepted and the confirmation button is pressed, the page Confirmation of the order will appear.
In this page a summary of his/her shopping bag will appear, including the following information:
- Description of the selected items
- ‘Ship to’ information
- Unit Price
- Shipping Cost
- Promo code if existing
- Promo Code field
- Total Cost (product + shipping – promo code)
On the right side of the page the client could see:
- Order Number and all infos linked to the order
Below the Order Infos box there is the PAY NOW button.
Clicking on it the Website will open the Payment Module by Redsys.
When the purchase is finally confirmed, the order number will be announced and a summary of the stated order will be sent to the provided email.
The price of the items offered on the Website will be the stipulated at that moment, except cases of obvious and unmistakable errors. In case THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. detects this error, we will proceed to communicate with the Client, providing the correct price and the possibility of reconfirming the order or proceed to cancellation instead. If we were not able to communicate with you or you would not give a response in 48 hours, we will assume the order is cancelled and we will proceed to provide a full refund through the same method of payment.
Under no circumstances will THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. be obliged to offer an item at an incorrect lower price if the error is glaring and easily recognizable by the Client, not even if the order has been confirmed.
Without prejudice to the faculty of THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. to modify the prices, excluding the previously mentioned errors, current prices will be maintained at the time of order confirmation.
6.-CURRENCY AND TAXES
Prices published on the Website are displayed in Euros (€) by default, unable to be displayed on alternative currencies.
The Thin Line takes care of the costs of:

7.-PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Thin Line SL accept the following payment methods:
When Clients place orders online, Credit Card details are entered into a protected online banking system provided by Santander throw Redsys platform.

When the Client chooses the method of payment, he/she is redirected to the secure site (with data encryption) of our bank, SANTANDER, where he/she will be asked to provide the number, the expiration date and the CVV2/CVC2 code.
Once the bank accept the payment the an email of confirmation of the order will be sent to the Client and to THE THIN LINE, S.L.U..
8.-TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
8.1 Shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery dates:
All of our orders are delivered through our delivery associate DHL. At the exact time of delivery, a signature is required either on the acknowledgement of receipt or delivery note.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Website commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to The Thin Line Logistic Headquarter at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Canary Islands. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
All of our orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00 GMT (with the exception of the bank holidays in Spain and the Autonomous region of Canarias) Merchandise will be sent in a maximum period of 3-5 working days after receiving the payment.
8.2 Collection at point of sale:
We also offer the option of collecting the purchase in our Points of Sale with no extra cost. The order will be available at the chosen Point of Sale after receiving the payment confirmation. You can choose amongst all our shops for the collection.
8.3 Order tracking:
As soon as your order is dispatched from our headquarters, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order 24 hours after receiving the email through the provided link.
8.4 Responsibility transfer
From moment the order is delivered to the provided address, it will be his/her responsibility, exempting THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. from any damage the items may suffer.
Consequently, returning of the items will not be allowed, according to the Section 10 when the damage takes place after the collection.
9.- RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
9.1 Right of withdrawal
Through this document, THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. informs that, if you have contracted as a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal at any time within 14 days after the collection of the order. Each withdrawal has to be approved by TTL’s customer care as stated in the Return & Exchange page published on the Website.
The right of withdrawal could be ask for a return and only for size change.
No accessories could be changed. In case of an exchange, The Thin Line will pay the delivery back and the delivery cost for the changed clothes/shoes from TTL’s logistic center to client’s receiving address will be charged to client.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal could be made as detailed in the Section 9.3:
9.2 Return Terms
With no prejudice to the right of withdrawal stated above, if you are not satisfied at the time of collection, there is a period of 14 natural days to communicate the withdrawal to The Thin Line customer service. Being an online purchase, the period will begin from the moment the order is collected. Delivery back cost due to a return will be payed by TTL. The delivery cost for the changed clothes/shoes from TTL’s logistic center to client’s receiving address will be charged to client.
We can only accept returns and size exchange as long as the order is returned as stated in Return & Changes. The return must be packaged in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers, extra buttons, hangers, etc.) and have all the labels (TTL’s label and producer’s labels) attached as it comes from the Website. Under no circumstances will be accepted any damaged or used item. For example, footwear should be wrapped in their original box. All items should be checked as they return.
9.3 Steps to follow
STEP 1 - Be sure all items must be returned in their original condition (dust bag, extra buttons, hangers) without having been worn and with all tags still attached.
STEP 2 - Contact email@example.com appointing Order ID, item/s to return and motivation of the withdrawal.
STEP 3 - Then you will be contacted by our customer service with all the instruction to complete your withdrawal
9.4 Replacement or return of defective items
Differences between return and replacement.
A return occurs when the items bought by the costumer, arrive to him with errors due to:
- the item is different from what bought;
- the item is correct but come with faults.

10.-RESPONSIBILITY AND EXEMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
In general terms, THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. do not assume any other responsibility which goes beyond the legally planned regarding the contracting through electronic means.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is announced that THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. has made a big effort to display the colours on the offered items as realistic as possible. Nevertheless, the colours shown on the clothing items may vary depending on the quality of your screen, telephone or device, therefore THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. cannot guarantee the colours are faithfully adjusted to reality.
11.-MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE THIN LINE, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions on the Website, therefore it is the Client’s responsibility to read them regularly, as only the current at the time of usage will be applicable.
12.-APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The server of the Website is located in Spain; therefore, the Terms & Conditions are submitted to the Spanish legal order.
In order to resolve controversies arisen from transactions through the Website, they will be submitted to the legal Courts of THE THIN LINE, S.L.U., with the exception of those cases where the Law specifies an exclusive jurisdiction.
